Nash Properties, Inc., a Georgia Licensed Builder, is owned & operated by Danny and Dennis Nash, second generation builders. Their father, Jimmy Nash, started building houses in 1960 in Tucker, GA, his hometown. Danny and Dennis worked on job sites as kids as soon as they were big enough to hold a broom. They didn’t know at the time they were learning the business literally from the ground up.

Danny and Dennis started building together in 1992 in Cedar Creek Crossing in Lilburn, GA, a subdivision their father developed. They have built and developed many properties since, totaling over 150 homes, in Gwinnett, South Forsyth and Hall Counties.  Their communities include Quailwood, Vickery Springs, Shadow Stone, Estates At Nash Lake & Estates At River Falls. They have even built custom luxury homes on Lake Lanier and Lake Hartwell.

Nash Properties, Inc. understands you only get one chance to build your home right and that's the first time. Quality is more than a cliché for Danny & Dennis, it is their standard of practice; they build each home as if it was their own. Each home site is monitored by Danny, Dennis or both, to ensure things are going smoothly. Due to their custom approach, they meet with homeowners at various stages of the building process to make sure the Buyer is happy and aware of the process.
